This is another barn in the same town in Spain, Rio Caliente as the one below. Rio Caliente is a village in the Asturias region in the norht of Spain. This village is very particular to me as is the place where my mother in law was born and all her family comes from.
This stone made barn is over 100 years old and is still working today. The hay pilling out and popping from the door on the upper part is prove of that. When I took the picture and old, broken wood ladder was in front of the door. I wanted to paint this two barns with more life like colors although they are still vibrant as are all my works.
