Oil on Masonite Board
5″ x 5″

I’m posting this painting today which was finsihed yesterday, from my Hilton hotel room in Chicago. The reason why I’m posting a daily painting, the day after it was finished, is because I was extremely busy yesterday packing and getting ready for my trip.

After I finished the previous painting I did for the Gamblin competition (see post right below) I got a couple of inquires from two of my collectors wanting to see the painting in full color, so I did the similar painting a lonely minimalistic cherry in a dark room softly lit by the window coming through the window but in color.

I wanted to bring some paint and boards but I thought I wouldn’t have enough time to paint. I want to take all my time here to see what all this city has to offer, as this is the first time I visit Chicago and to take as many pictures for reference as I possibly can. I’m here for business to get in contact with a couple of galleries for my abstract works, but I’ll have some free time and I want to enjoy it!

As you can see I have my computer, so if you need to contact me, please do so! =]
