Olives, Lavender and Balsamic Vinegar

There is nothing, to me at least, that says more Provence or France than Lavender, mix that with olives and balsamic vinegar and you will have a piece of each one of the three European countries I love the most. Lavender for France, Olives for Spain and Balsamic for Italy.
