Trieste Shadows
Oil on Gessoed Hardboard (Masonite)
5″ high x 7″ wide
These are some shadows that I found curious about enough to take a picture of at the Castello di San Giusto (Saint Giusto Castle) right in front of the church before the cypresses path in Trieste, Italy while we were visiting my parents in 2004. The day was incredibly bright and the shadows were crisp and blueish in color right at the feet of those few steps.
