Pumpkin Picking

Daily Painting, A Painting a Day
Oil on 3/8″ deep Hardboard
6″ high x 6″ wide

Last year right before Halloween I went for a walk with my dog Ruffo. About 6 blocks away from my house there is a nice small farm/nursery. What perfect place to take pictures! so armed with the leash on one hand and my camera on the other I started taking pictures. This young woman was with her boyfriend or husband. I presented myself and ask them if it was ok for me to take some pictures of them and gave them my card (one always have to have business cards!) so the couple very friendly posed for me and my camera. From all the pictures I took of them this was the one I liked the most. The contrast of colors, the reflections and the light was just perfect!

Hi Manuela, my friend!, que paso? jajajaja! que andas tratando de pelear las guerras de otros, si ni las nuestras las podemos vencer en este mundo de ladrones.
Abrazos, ah…by the way, GREAT painting this one as always.
