I love fall, but not quite the cold, so whenever is too cold or snow arrived I find myself looking for somewhat warm scenes with tons of sun. We had the first snow of the season just yesterday afternoon and this morning everything was covered in a white blanked and the temperature really cold, too cold for my taste. Armed with reds and yellows I browsed my pictures from Spain, from when I lived there in the north near Bilbao and this one just pop among others.
It took quite a lot of hours to finish this little painting. The cold is not helping my hand and I had to take more breaks than I would have liked to.

Hi Manuela,
It’s a very pretty and a ‘warm’ scene. I’m with you on the cold. I have great difficulty with it whenever I’ve traveled. When the temps drop into the 60′s here in Calif. -that’s to cold for me. We actually had frost last year. That’s the first I’ve ever seen of it here. The global weather is really changing.

Hi Vikki!
Thank you!
We are in the 20′s right now and it’s just November! it seems we are going to have a very cold winter this year. I have to walk my puppy 4-5 times a day and is not pleasant out there. I’m actually sick with the flu-like symptoms and I’m sure is because of the weather.
We sure need a little bit of that warm weather you have over there, at least I know I need it! hehe!
Thank you for stopping by!
