Our Art Rental/Leasing Services
We provide both private collectors, corporate clients, stagers, interior designers and the movie-tv industry an easy and flexible art rental program with zero interests and short or long rental terms. With Valenti's Art Rental Program you can rent almost any painting for as little as 1 month. At the end of the 1 month rental term you have the option to purchase the artwork, change the artwork for another one in the same price range, keep the same artwork for longer or terminate the rental agreement. We know how important it is for you to have the right artwork for your business, movie set or home that's why we make it even easier for you to have the perfect piece of art in your walls. Your company can also receive some tax benefits by deducting the art rental fees as a business expense.

Among our art rental features we offer:

• We are the exclusive source of art rental for the works of international artist Manuela Valenti.
• Monthly rental terms as short as 1 month and as long as you wish. You can rotate art regularly to refresh your decor.
• 100% of your art rental fees can be applied towards the purchase of the piece.
• We offer a professional delivery and installation services to our clients in the Detroit, Michigan area.
• Only you will know that your art collection is rented. We never share the names of our private or corporate clients.
• We will work with you to rotate your art collection on a regular basis if you wish to do so.
• For a small consultation fee, you can hire one of our experts or the artist herself to visit your offices to take photographs, measurements and sample colors of your space to cater the art according to your decor.

How do I know which pieces I should rent? Is it really worth it to rent art?
Valenti's original art is elegant, sophisticated, bold and impressive and most importantly highly collectible making it the perfect choice for rental. If you or your company are not sure which art pieces will work our professional team will help you choose just the right pieces to complement your corporate image or your home decor. If you prefer to work directly with the artist Manuela Valenti on a one-on-one local consultation in the Detroit-Michigan area an additional fee and traveling expenses might apply depending on your area, so please contact us for arrangements. If you would prefer to commission a work exclusively for your company, please contact us to arrange the details as Valenti Studio does commissions for private and corporate clients.

Who rents your artwork?
Some of our clients include, Hotels, Private Clinics, Hospitals, Doctor Offices, Lawyer Offices, Interior Designers, Architects, Decorators, Home Staggers, Wedding Planners, Home Owners, filming industry for tv & movie sets and more.

How does this work?
Let's say you want to rent a $3000 original painting. The minimum rental period is 1 month, that means you can have that painting for 1 month just paying $300 $150. If you would like to keep it for longer just add $300 $150 per month after the first month. But let say you want to keep the painting for 2 months instead, so that means you would be paying so far $300 for 2 months rental.

Now let say you want, after the 2 months rental, to change the painting for another one, to renew your decor or for whatever reason, very simple, just call the studio/gallery if you haven't set this up in advance and request us to replace your current rental with another painting. We will find the best ones that suit your decor and provide you with the most suitable selection for you to chose from. Let say the new painting falls in the same price category, so on the third month of rental you will just pay $300 $150.

Let's say you fell in love with the second painting we delivered and you want to keep it on your third month rental. No problem! your total rental amount so far for the 2+1 months is $900 $450, so the total payment to own your new Valenti work would be the retail price of that piece, for example $3000 minus your rental payment so far $900 $450, so your grand total is $3100 $2550. Is that easy or what?

Rental can be canceled or replaced at any time. You can rent any price band you want. You can start at a low price band and increase or start high and decrease, it's up to you.

What do I need to rent a painting or set of paintings?
Simply an email or phone inquire. If you already have seen a painting that you would like to rent please let us know so, if not we will work with you to ensure your home or office gets the best one that matches your decor. If you would like personalized one-on-one consultation on location please let us know, otherwise the painting(s) will be delivered to your location.
* A rental contract/agreement is provided before the delivery of any artwork via email which needs to be signed and returned before the delivery/installation of the artwork.
* Shipping and handling charges are not included in the rental price and must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the painting.
* Art Rental is only available in the US and for selected pieces only.
* You can pay online for your rental through our secure shopping cart system.
* We accept any major credit card, Google Checkout and PayPal.
* We will deliver your art anywhere in the US
* We can deliver/install your art to meet your needs within Metro Detroit area.
