We ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated online directly by the United States Postal Service (USPS) through the checkout process based on the weight of the package and destination of the package. Insurance is included and mandatory with every order. All orders are shipped by USPS within 3 business days of payment being received and effective. Worldwide shipment available. To calculate your shipping costs, simply add any of the items to cart and click the estimate shipping button. Tracking number and Delivery confirmation are provided with every shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable costs related to your order. Under no circumstances shipping charges will be refunded either by the United States Postal Services or Manuela Valenti.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Manuela Valenti is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If USPS has attempted delivery 3 times according to their policies, and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address given, USPS will automatically redirect the package back to our gallery. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during this process.
For Canadian and International Customers: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your parcel and will be accurately displayed in the shopping cart (subject to offline verification). Please note that customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees may be imposed on shipments separately from the shipping cost by the country of destination. Manuela Valenti cannot and will not be responsible for these charges. We urge you to check with local authorities regarding customs, duties, taxes and import charges prior to ordering if you are not already familiar with them. Finalizing and submitting your order indicates your acceptance of any duties and taxes your country of destination may impose.

Free Shipping Options:
* Free shipping available for retail customers on orders over $200 within the Continental United States. There is no free shipping option available for wholesale customers. Wholesale customers will pay the regular shipping charges applied which are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Please read Shipping terms above.
Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping:
All works are professionally packaged and insurance coverage is provided with every shipment. It is normal for outside boxes and envelopes to show sign of wear, however if the content was damaged, please notify us immediately and report this issue to your carrier. If the outside box looks severely damaged, if possible refuse the shipment and request the driver to note all the details. Damage or loss incurred during shipping is the delivery company's responsibility. Since all our orders ship with insurance from the United States Postal Office, claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier (USPS) online or at your local post office. Please take pictures of the box and content to record any damage. Keep all the packaging material as you may need to show the condition in which you received your order. Only shipments that are insured can claim the total of the loss, minus shipping or delivery charges, to be reimbursed by the delivery company. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you in all we can. By filing a claim with the United States Postal Office you cannot request a refund from Manuela Valenti.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final..... but returns are accepted in the case of misrepresentation of the artwork or in the case you didn't like the artwork. We shall guarantee a partial refund from the total amount paid. Shipping, handling and insurance expenses, restocking fee of 15% and any other expenses will be deducted from the total amount at the time of receiving the painting in the same condition it left our studio/gallery. The box shall include all the paper work that accompany the artwork including the Certificate of Authenticity. In the case of paintings damaged during shipping please read the term below.
