Congregation – Work in Progress

Pardon me for the not too good picture, I promise to photograph the painting professionally once is done. For the past 3 days I’ve been working on this painting which have been very rewarding in many ways but that at the same time is driving me insane. The reason why is because of the amount of detail and the fact that I keep reminding myself to loosen up, ( kind of had with a painful neck injury huh?)
This painting is the second part, the first part, which goes on the left of this one, is already finished and drying up. The actual hopefully soon finished painting measures 24″ x 12″ composed of 2 panels of 12″ x 12″. “Congregation” will be available at Peters Street Gallery for my February solo exhibition.
