New York Union Worker – Weekly Art Special

Posted on August 5th, 2011 { No Comments }

While in New York attending a show a few years back, this man, a union worker paid to work for the event, was sitting down in front of a huge window at the Jacob Javits Center. Reading his newspaper in the middle of the busiest time during the show, I found it quite disturbing he was getting paid for sitting down instead of doing his job, but what really caught my attention was the play of light coming from the big window that reflected on him. Ready with my camera and a good lens, I snapped a picture from the other side of the room.
