If you would like to use any of Valenti’s images for your blog or website, a royalty fee of $15 per image granting you a very limited license to use the image on your website or blog is required. The image will be provided by us only as per your request and will be no bigger than 400pixels in the longest side. The image will contain a copyright notice that should not be removed. You can not under any circumstance right click any of the images on this website or any of Valenti’s images on other websites as doing so is a violation of Federal Copyright Law.

By paying the royalty fee you agree to our terms:

1. You understand and agree you will be provided with a limited license for one image to be displayed on one website and one website only. You can not use the image on another different website even if its your property. One royalty fee is valid for one image to use on one website, post or blog only.
2. The licensed image is not transferable and can be use only on one website. You will be able to provide the link to your website on the next page.
3. You understand and agree you can not modify the image in any way, remove the copyright notice, alter the image, create derivative works, copy the image, use it on printed material, used it for a collage to create a new work, print the image in any way, sell merchandise with the image or violate the Federal Copyright Law in any other way.
4. You agree and understand Manuela Valenti is the copyright holder of any of her images/works and that her approval is required in the case you want to use the image for something else.
5. You understand and agree you are not authorized to right click and save on your computer any images found on this or any website that represents Valenti’s works, and you understand and agree you will be provided with the image that you can use on your site. This image is no larger than 400px on the largest side and contains a copyright notice along with a URL to Valenti’s website which should not be removed or altered in any way.
6. You understand and agree that violating these terms could incur in penalties, higher fees and copyright violations.
7. We only accept PayPal as a method of payment. Any mayor credit card accepted and no account required to pay with your credit card.
