In 2007 I was having a two-man show at Starkweather Gallery, in Romeo Village, MI. The then gallery curator asked for 2 giant abstract paintings at least 60 inches wide and tall, to create a contrast between my work, and the work of the glass artist exhibiting alongside me. Autumn Dream and Rain Forest (sold) were born.

The first "Autumn Dream" is my own interpretation of how far I had come. A mixed of browns, ambers and greens, representing the colors of fall in Michigan, my new home. The second, "Rain Forest", filled with blues, purples and vibrant greens, representing the lush rainforest I once called home, I had left behind forever.

This impressive, vibrant and energetic painting has been in my private collection all this time. But as life has it, I need to prepare for my next chapter, away from Michigan.

This painting makes a statement in any decor. It can be displayed hanging or leaning against a wall.

NOTE: Due to the size and weight, this painting can be picked up within metro Detroit. Freight shipping can be arranged and will be an additional cost. Please contact the gallery for a quote.
