Collector's Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery, a Manuela Valenti, LLC company ("MVStudio"), provides the following Collector's Rewards Points Terms & Conditions "Rewards Terms" which apply to all visitors and users of this website http://www.manuelavalenti.com (collectively the "Website") and enrolled in the Collector's Rewards Points Program ("Collector's Rewards Program") which enters into effect on October 1st, 2021. We may refer to our brands and business as "we", "us" or "our" through the "Rewards Terms". We may refer to "User" as "you", "yours", "buyer", "client", "member" or "customer". By using the "Website", creating an account and enrolling in the "Collector's Reward Points",  "User" accepts these "Reward Terms". These "Reward Terms"  are an addendum to the "Terms" (Terms & Conditions).

Program Membership and Eligibility

"Collector's Rewards Program" is only open to individuals with a registered account at the "Website" who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and do not represent a corporation or other entity. By registering an account "User" is automatically enrolled in the "Collector's Rewards Program", "User" hereby agrees to these "Rewards Terms" and warrants that "User" meets the entry and eligibility requirements. You have the right to request be removed from the "Collector's Rewards Program" at any time and for any reason. Requesting to be removed from "Collector's Rewards Program" will be granted and effective within 24-48 hours. By requesting a removal from "Collector's Rewards Program", "User" forfeits accumulated "Collector's Reward Points". "Collector's Rewards Program" offers customers the benefit of earning points "Collector's Reward Points" that can be used online exclusively at the "Website" to pay for future purchases.

Membership in "Collector's Rewards Program" and its benefits are offered at the absolute discretion of "Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery". "Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery"  reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, limit or suspend its "Collector's Rewards Program" to anyone, for any reason at any time without notice. "Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery" may at any time and for any reason change any of the rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation to the "Rewards Terms" at any time without notice. Your continued participation in the "Collector's Rewards Program" after it's been modified, altered or changed constitute your acceptance of these "Rewards Terms" as amended.

Account Limitations

Only one "Collector's Rewards Program" account may be associated with a single email address and/or physical address. A user may only register a single email address. Multiple accounts registered with multiple email addresses with the same physical address will be cause for the termination of all accounts and/or discount of 100 Collector's Reward Points earned as a gift at the opening of the account(s).

Any attempt at earning "Collector's Reward Points" by any other means including without limitations, by using a script, bot, data mine, or other automated o manual means or under false pretenses or impersonates any person or entity, including an employee or representative of "Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery" or its affiliates, will be cause for cancellation or suspension of the member's account. Upon termination of membership for any reason, all "Collector's Reward Points" will be forfeited.

Members can check their "Collector's Reward Points" balance by logging into their accounts on the "Website".

Minimum Order Amount

A minimum order of $25 is required to use your "Collector's Reward Points".

Collector's Reward Points

"Collector's Reward Points" do not expire and will be in your account for as long as the account is active or until they're used. "Collector's Reward Points" cannot be re-used or transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash. "Collector's Reward Points" are not valid towards sales tax or shipping charges and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. "Collector's Reward Points" cannot be combined with discount coupons. "Collector's Reward Points" can only be used by the recipient. "Collector's Reward Points" will be deducted based on the dollar value on returns and reversed transactions paid with "Collector's Reward Points". Additional "Collector's Reward Points" can be earned by members through promotional opportunities like double points sales and other promotions "Reward Offers".

"Collector's Reward Points" are provided at the discretion of "Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery". "Collector's Reward Points" have no cash value, are not valid and can only be earned at the "Website" and used exclusively online at the "Website" in exchange for limited discounts on products offered at the "Website".

How to Earn "Collector's Reward Points":

• "User" receives 100 Collector's Reward Points just for signing up for an account at the "Website".
• "User" earns 1 Collector's Reward Point for every $1 spent at the "Website".
• "User" earns 50 Collector's Reward Points per product review - (Maximum of 2 reviews per month on your purchases).
• Refer a friend and earn 200 Collector's Reward Points after your friend makes their first $100 purchase.

How to Redeem "Collector's Reward Points":

"Collector's Reward Points" can be redeemed exclusively online at the "Website" (www.manuelavalenti.com) at a value of 5% Cash Back (100 Collector's Reward Points = $5). Dollar value of "Collector's Reward Points" namely "Cash Back" can only be used to pay for future purchases online at the "Website" and cannot be transferred, refunded, added to a gift card, or redeemed for cash. "Collector's Reward Points" are not valid towards sales tax or shipping charges and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. "Collector's Reward Points" cannot be combined with discount coupons. "Collector's Reward Points" will be deducted based on the dollar value on returns and reversed transactions paid with "Collector's Reward Points".

"Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery", its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents "Third Parties" make no warranty, whether express or implied, in relation to the "Collector's Rewards Program", including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to "Manuela Valenti Studio & Gallery" products, merchandise, the "Website" or "Collector's Rewards Program".

By participating in "Collector's Rewards Program", member hereby forever indemnifies and releases the "Third Parties" from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including, without limitation, attorney's fees, relating to that member's participation in the "Collector's Rewards Program".
